We encourage all our friends to use them. They have a great, tight team. They pay attention to every detail, from the very start until the very end. They even have a dedicated specialist to coordinate lawyers, sellers and buyers, leaving no questions unanswered. Thank you, once more.

During what can be a stressful time with multiple parties involved we felt most informed and communicated with by John Hilton. They also produced very good marketing materials for our property. Would recommend if you’re selling in the Brighton area, in particular Marius was fantastic.

7th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience thus far has been far from satisfactory. We moved in approximately four months ago, and from day one, we encountered numerous issues. We received minimal support throughout the process. Upon collecting the keys from the agency, we were left to navigate finding our flat and accessing the car park on our own. Despite being informed that the garage was "around the property," we were left to fend for ourselves, unaware that the building we moved into had three separate garages. Upon entering the property, we were dismayed to find it in a deplorable state—extremely dirty and unkempt. Shockingly, we even discovered blood stains on one of the doors, despite being assured that the flat had undergone a thorough professional cleaning just days prior. Furthermore, despite explicitly requesting that the mold in the bathroom be addressed before our move-in date, it remained unresolved. The photos attached depict the persisting mold issue, which took nearly a month to be inadequately addressed. The individual tasked with remedying the situation merely painted over the mold without proper removal. Moreover, ongoing bathroom issues persist even after four months of occupancy, yet to be rectified by the property management. While I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, I felt compelled to do so in this instance to highlight the sheer negligence exhibited by the agency and its property management team. It's regrettable because, despite these challenges, the flat itself is undeniably beautiful.

Tom was brilliant at communicating and guiding us through the process, and he & Ryan were very accommodating with us doing second viewings and arranging all the surveys. You could not have a more personal experience!
1st May 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is the worse service I have ever received over the years I have been renting in the UK, the team nor the staff in charge of the property we are renting were not present nor have ideas on the state of the flat, the bedroom is full of damp on the walls and smelling, we were told it been fix and we got the keys yesterday with nothing done on that, I called also sent an email to the team with no response from the staff Michael who has been in contact with us. The toilet basin is linking, the toilet pipe is not properly covered, broken tiles in the bathroom, the rugs/carpet is so untidy, dirty and rough from either over used and not properly cleaned or the carpet needs to be changed. Fridge freezer is old and unkept, broken washing machine to say the least. We are really disappointed and unhappy as this doesn't worth the stress and the rentals we, and I don't see my family leaving here as a desired home. It's really sad

It's been a particularly stressful time with a number of complications but Josh has always been there to help sort things out and create calm when everything happening around was complete chaos! He's really gone above and beyond and is extremely reliable. If I've ever left a message when he's not been in the office he always calls back swiftly and is super-speedy with help and answers. I cannot recommend Cox & Co enough, especially Josh! 10 out of 10 from me (even though Google only allows 5 stars!).
22nd May 2024 (22 days ago)Can't rate the guys at Jacob Steel enough from the fast and professional approach of Adam the Manager valuing and marketing the property to Harry who sold the property quickly and close to the listed price and finally but no means least Damien who has been dealing the survey and solicitor side of things, all have been great to deal with, knowledgable and efficient and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again , thank you!

Special mention for Rebecca Eager who has been managing our property for the last several years: Rebecca has been unfailingly responsive, polite and helpful throughout.
