5th Mar 2024 (14 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

17th May 2024 (27 days ago)Awful experience, rented from these guys back in 2017. Flat was awful, assistance was awful and the application process was horrendous. Reviewing only now after seeing my old emails with them whereby they were completely disorganised. They didn't do anything dodgy with my deposit or such but the price and conditions of the property were unjustifiably bad and considering it was my second rental property, it was suspect that they were so suspicious of my background.

18th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)With all the things that moving house can throw at you, don't make it any harder than it needs be. Choose the best estate agent, and in the case of Balsall Common/Shirley that's Ginger. Carl and his team have brought a refreshing step change approach to the traditional estate agent offering. Within the space of a week he had sold both mine and my mothers house, within 3 weeks found another house for my mother (we moved out of the area so he could not help there) and then managed the whole transfer process, including recommendations for solicitors, surveyors, removals etc. But beyond the process of moving it is the team dynamic, culture and engagements that make the real connections and ease the transfer through. We felt supported and in safe hands at every stage, almost as colleagues as part of a team rather than a client supplier relationship. Truly we cannot recommend them enough,

21st May 2024 (23 days ago)It was an absolute pleasure to be assisted by Kingsman Estate Agents for my property purchase. This company sets themselves apart in terms of the personable approach they provide. David conducted the viewing of the property and it was clear he had an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. I really appreciated his efficiency in getting things swiftly underway once my offer was accepted. I was then grateful to be introduced to Amelia who became my point of contact leading up to completion. Amelia was so supportive and reassuring and instrumental in keeping things progressing in order to help me get to completion as soon as possible. Lastly, I was so grateful to be assisted by Gemma in the set up of my new mortgage and mortgage protection, a service Kingsman provided at no extra cost and completely took the hassle away. Gemma was such a joy to speak to and was very thorough and dedicated to my best interests when setting everything up. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough and would not hesitate to approach them again in future and recommend to my family and friends. It’s five stars from me. Thank you so much Kingsman.

Their confirmation statements are as late as a teenager's curfew, and their accounts are MIA since March 2023. But fear not, they've dodged the strike-off bullet more times than a clumsy ninja. And with directors switching roles like actors in a soap opera, it's like Shakespeare meets "The Office". If you're into real estate adventures with a side of paperwork chaos, Henry's Estate Agents might just be your jam.
18th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

26th May 2024 (18 days ago)We have used Howkins and Harrison for years. They rented out my UK Barn when I moved to Australia and then sold it. We had another rental in Rugby which they then managed and sold recently. Being overseas adds a new dimension as you cannot view the property and rely on accurate feedback and even meter readings. Which we got. Full marks to Helen Thomas for keeping in touch and monitoring the sale on a daily basis and to Robert Eyton-Jones for the overall supervision and the regular phone calls. We miss his phone calls now but sadly have no more houses to sell !

They are very knowledgeable about the properties and I love the format of greeting you with all the information at the start of the viewing and then letting you look round the property. They are welcoming, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

She always got back to me if I had any questions with a quick response and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would definitely recommend :)
6th Feb 2024 (18 weeks ago)What a brilliant caring and compassionate team. I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's. I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit. Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold. The acid tests are: 1. Would I use them again - absolutely 2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation
