20th May 2024 (24 days ago)I was looking for a suitable property for sometime and came across dealing with many agents. Among all of them Anthony Webb is the best place I found. Their service is highly professional, friendly and very polite. I must give credit to Aneta who did all the documentation and coordination work and always responded super fast to emails. I must thank Amet for showing me the property on the first day and Tony for being very helpful as I wanted to find some information when I went to collect the keys from the office. I highly recommend Anthony Webb for anyone who is looking to rent a property. Thank you!
29th May 2024 (15 days ago)RENTERS BEWARE Had multiple issues when we rented a flat through Auckland. Mouse, squirrels and wasp infestations with little initiative shown by Auckland to get a contractor out to fix, in the mean time we had to stay in hotels. A few weeks later they tried to increase our rent by over £100. We had to end our tenancy early as the root causes of the infestations were not fixed. After leaving they tried to overcharge us for oven cleaning work at approx 3x the market rate, and failed to produce the quote they'd referenced or invoices when requested. They backed out at last minute when we tried to get the issue to mediation, I assume because they had no backup for the charges they had proposed. Wouldn't rent from them again if it was free.
10th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Extremely good experience as a buyer with Barnard Marcus Whetstone, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They are extremely responsive, bend over backwards to make sure all needs are met and carry out the process with high levels of professionalism. Particular praise needs to be given to both Barney and Ogo, who were incredibly clear, personable and helpful throughout the process; would love to work with both of them again!

We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!

6th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

31st May 2024 (13 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!

Even though we couldn't get the deal through to completion, he did everything in his power to make it viable and I really appreciated the level of effort he put into the deal.
