23rd May 2024 (21 days ago)I had the pleasure of dealing with Vicki at Homesure who helped me with a valuation on my house. I’d previously had some difficult experiences with local agents and with a bad tenant; the team at Homesure sales were understanding, patient and reliable in their communication. Whilst they didn’t give me the highest valuation I felt I could trust their logic and price far more than others and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

5th Jun 2024 (8 days ago)Very disappointed, I really wish it wasn't like that. I am interested in buying an apartment in Liverpool city centre, but communication is very complicated, it seems that they are not interested in selling the properties or maybe I am not an interesting target and they prefer to take care of communication in more expensive sales. Let me explain, I am interested in an apartment in Liverpool city centre. I tried to contact the office at the beginning of April, sent several emails and got no answers, so I called. After several attempts, in a couple of weeks I managed to get an appointment for a viewing, this was possible because I finally went to the office in person. After the view, I sent an email with questions that I was interested in knowing about the apartment, no response. I called the office and asked for a second viewing and for them to respond to my email if possible, they told me they would contact me, no response at all. A few days later I called again, we agreed on a day for a second viewing, but they told me they would send me an email to confirm this, no email, no response. I called again the following week and the same thing happened. I called again the following week and the same thing again, they told me a day for a second viewing that should be confirmed, no email, no communication. I gave up on emails because it's impossible for them to respond to an email. So I called them this week on two different days, this time they didn't even answer my calls. So I've been trying to get someone to confirm a second viewing or give me some information for the last two months and I feel like I'm just wasting my time. It's frustrating, even though there are a few really interesting apartments on the website, but if I don't have answers even for the first one, why am I going to ask about any other property? I have the feeling that instead of making it easier for me to buy an apartment, Sutton Kersh is putting obstacles in my way and it's sad because we're both supposed to be looking for the same goal. I wish I could give a better review, that would mean that we are all happy with the process, but unfortunately my experience is really bad.

In particular I have regularly been speaking to Brooke who is always happy to help, has made me feel comfortable whenever I called with queries and has supported me throughout. Brooke has made my experience with Doran Kennedy pleasant despite there being a few hiccups with previous buyers along the way. Thank you Brooke for everything.

29th May 2024 (15 days ago)My house was on the market for 3 months with another estate agency, and despite countless viewings received no offers - in part because the house was initially overpriced, and in part because of the fact that everyone at the agency seemed to be too overworked to properly do the job of selling my house. The process of working with the agency was, as a result, chaotic, with many different people being involved in handling viewings, little reporting back to me on feedback from those, and a number of mistakes, like people showing up for viewings at times I couldn't do them. Working with Atlas, in comparison, was a dream. They were consummate professionals from the get-go, from giving me one person to liaise with on selling my home, to the high quality images of my home they produced (including 360 degree room viewings), arranging viewings and getting a sale - they handled the viewings, arranged multiple viewings at once, and secured a very good offer within hours of the first viewings. I am, in short, tremendously impressed with this agency and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

Giovanni took on the property and had it under offer in 2 weeks. He came as recommendation from my father in law and I would recommend him to anyone.
17th May 2024 (27 days ago)Both John and Jackie have been amazing at helping me to sell my property after previous estate agent tried to short-change me with exorbitant fees (with no results!) and unreasonable tie-in period. Acumen has been transparent, honest , pragmatic and professional throughout the selling process and I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone considering to sell their property!
9th Dec 2023 (6 mo. ago)Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored. I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.
