11th Jun 2024 (3 days ago)We approached Jordan Fishwick in Manchester office, but despite providing the proof of funds they have refused our bank documents as valid evidence and didn’t want to arrange any viewings. This is the first time in over 20 years in investing in properties when the estate agent doesn’t care about the buyers, so we will just take our money elsewhere.

2nd Aug 2023 (10 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

11th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)As a tenant Ashworth have been nothing but helpful to me and my house mate. Coming off the back of a awful experience with reeds rains Ashworth have been the complete opposite. Best thing has been the constant communication from branch.
14th May 2024 (4 weeks ago)We rented via them and they found us a nice full furnished flat in the heart of rusholme with great connectivity with a very reasonable price. Process was quick and fuss free. At the end of tenancy, we got our deposit back as well. Big thanks to Usman Bhai and the team. Would definitely recommend

30th May 2024 (15 days ago)Used Hills for quite a complex sale, came across various hurdles and quite a lot of what felt like dead ends. Taylor always remained calm and professional but added a nice touch of friendliness that made us feel we weren’t just “another sale”. Always taking my bajillion calls and answering my constant emails. Taylor made a difficult and at some points what felt like a never ending sale happen. I also liked the fact that Chris jumped in if Taylor was dealing with another client. Always fully briefed and knew our situation. Thank you both for finalising our sale and for keeping me sane! Highly recommend
22nd May 2024 (23 days ago)*AVOID* - untrustworthy - unreliable - lacking in customer service skills - unprofessional If you do sign for a tenancy with this company, I would advise that you record & document the condition of the property when handed over. I would advise that you record & document every issue/conversation/interaction that you have with any member of staff, including the maintenance team. I would advise ensuring that you have proof from the maintenance team that any work they carry out has been approved & authorised by the owner of the property & MCR Move where applicable. These recommendations are to ensure you do not receive ficticious charges at the end of your tenancy. My experience of MCR Move has been very stressful, upsetting & costly. I sincerely hope that no other family is exposed to the dishonesty & questionable practices of this agency.
25th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)Awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Jennie did not arrive for my viewing despite me having received a confirmation email. I didn't even receive the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me she couldn't make it. After ringing the office to let them know I received a phone call from her to apologise and let me know that she would send me a video tour of the apartment. When I asked when I could expect to receive this video I was told she wasn't sure and she would have to check her diary. This after completely wasting my time and efforts. Quite disgusting to be honest. No sense of urgency or respect. Needless to say I am yet to receive the video. I guess her diary was rather full. Either that or they are a pathetic, tin pan operation that are not fit to sell you a cardboard box, much less a house. They actually obstruct the sale of properties not encourage them. Avoid them wherever possible. I'm sure they will reply to this review and question my legitimacy and claims like they have done with other negative reviews (another great way to treat customers)
