They have been on the case practically everyday. The service is personalised, they are very approachable, and upfront about where we are with the sale. They have dealt with all the issues I would have expected them to and more . They’ve made my life easier by doing this and I would recommend them without hesitation. A special thanks to Kim and especially to the manager at the branch , Nicole, who has been there every step of the way. Nothing is too much for this Estate Agent and everything is possible . 1st Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Rented from saints for 2 years and they were awful - impossible to get hold of and very slow at responding to urgent queries such as having a broken boiler. I don't know why they exist other than to take more money off tenants - I can't imagine anything would have been different if we had cut them out the equation dealt directly with the landlord, other than that we would have been financially better off. I've heard that some of the staff I dealt with have left the company since then but I would still advise against renting through this agent.

2nd Jun 2024 (12 days ago)We moved house last week, we sold our house within 2 weeks of being for sale with Watsons. I was dreading this move, however from the beginning when Will Watson came out a valued our property to the actual day of completion was amazingly smooth. The whole team are amazing, we were kept in the picture by Alexandra, who has been fantastic through the move journey. They also put us in touch with a conveyancer who was also amazing. I highly recommend Watsons. If you want to sell your house they are the estate agents that can do it!!

18th Mar 2024 (13 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

23rd Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.

18th May 2024 (27 days ago)City Lettings have a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their tenants. We moved into a student property in July. The property had not been properly cleaned and there was a build up of debris behind the radiator reducing its effectiveness. In November we informed them of a serious issue with mould and damp. Despite following their advice in preventing this issue the matter did not get resolved. In February this issue had become even worse. They sent their maintenance man round in March who stated the external wall would not get the heat from the radiator due to its placement within the room. Despite cleaning the mould off the wall within the bedroom, it came back less than a week later. The maintenance man agreed that there needed to be a new radiator fitted and a dehumidifier provided as the curtains within this room were damp. It took several phone calls and weeks of chasing up City Lettings before they provided the services they had agreed on. Within the first 4 hours of the dehumidifier running it had collected a full tank of water, highlighting the seriousness of the damp issue. They are now expecting me to pay for the increase in bills due to the running costs of the dehumidifier and electric radiator. City Lettings were really slow to react to this issue and months passed before any proper action was taken, despite repeated reminders. I would suggest future students do not rent this property or use this unprofessional letting agents.
