Jamie Turner is a consummate professional in his field and a pleasure to work with. His vast experience and knowledge of buying to let for the purpose of Air B&B'ing proved invaluable in promptly securing a great mortgage product that I'm very happy with. There are no problems with Jamie - only solutions! Direct communication at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Information provided could be better. Some of the staff are lovely Particularly Ben and Freddie. One of the other ladies makes a lot of mistakes and does have a bit of an attitude problem.

Only 6 viewings in 20 weeks, all in may, june, and july, very disappointed. Only one phone call a month from June from them. Wouldn't answer my emails. People have told me they requested viewings but Fox and sons never returned their calls.

I don’t think I can put into words how bad one of their estate agents were. I will never recommend these to anyone, ever.
100% do not use their Mutley Branch (the estate agent in question moved to that branch).

Selling and buying don't think I'd recommend them don't seem interested in helping you buy a property even the Selling side is awful. Put in an offer for a property and no communication at all even when there Selling your property with them
