over priced the valuation at the beginning which deterred buyers, we seem to get different salespersons every week so we never know had our own dedicated salesperson. Communication wise kept us informed about potential buyers. Nine months on house is still on the market.

They continually sent buyers who were not interested in buying only viewing as part of a weekend outing, buyers who were interested were persued with the enthusiasm of a slow snail. Numerous properties sold on my street by a rival agent before mine, in fact had I not taken the number of the buyer no sale would have taken place.
