30th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I highly recommend WW Estates Agents. We dealt with the Bolton Junction office. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with. Right from the off they understood our needs and met our expectations. The sale took a while as an earlier buyer withdrew but WW quickly found another buyer. We achieved our asking price. WW handled all the viewings and kept us and our solicitors regularly updated.

After having a nightmare with previous estate agents I was worried they were all the same, however since I put an application in for a rental with brontes, Sam got straight in touch with me and she’s been easy to communicate with since, so friendly and made the whole experience so easy. 10/10.
1st Oct 2024 (30 days ago)Just wanted to say myself and family have been very happy with the support we have been given by Hunters for selling my Mum's house. Nothing was too much trouble and always kept us up to date of progress. I particularly want to mention Jemma who has been working with us from the beginning. She has been amazing !! Always had very contact between the new buyer and ourselves. Even when the first sale fell through she had it re advertised and sold again by the next week !! Thank you Jemma for all of your help and success we have had. Catherine
25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Renting through Dinsdales Estates now for nearly 2 months now. From initial property enquiry to now I've received exceptional support and service, better than any other letting agents I've used before. Chloe and Katie were very helpful over the phone, answering any questions I had professionally, outlining any details of the process clearly. 10/10 Yvonne showed me around the property, and was very welcoming. My appointment was on schedule, and I received all the information I requested and needed. 10/10 I then went into office for documentation handover, where I met the team, and I must say, are a lovely set of people! Very caring and genuine. Very comfortable environment. At key handover, they even went through the effort of a handover giftbox! Lovely touch. 10/10 Since living in the property, I haven't been 'pestered' or bothered in the slightest. No bad surprises with the property. I reported a 'problem' that wasn't even a problem (sorry), it was a technical misunderstanding I had made. Despite this, the response from the team was swift, and my 'issue' was solved by Chloe the very next day. 10/10 Fantastic Team, highly recommended. Thank you team Dinsdales Estates

We would massively like to thank Kessar Qureshi, mortgage advisor for all his help and advice. All our questions, concerns were answered in detail, and we was understanding of every information that was given to us. He went above and beyond for us, and we appreciate everything he has done for us. We very highly recommend William H Brown, and any help with a mortgage we highly recommend Kessar Qureshi. 4th Oct 2024 (27 days ago)I have had such a pleasurable encounter with Bridgefords Halifax. I did see a few other letting agencies when deciding to pass the letting of my home to a prophesional company. No other agency came any where close to the amazing team at Bridgefords Halifax. I met Sarah (the manager) she totally put me at ease, very prophesional, Royston efficiently showed perspective tenants around my home and Emily Rawson helped and guided me with paper work, signing contract and day to day enquiries. She was kind and considerate. Nothing was too much for her. The letting process for a Landlord can be a scary world, however, choosing Bridgefords HX was deffinately a great decision which I would highly recommend. I'm totally relaxed and at ease. My new tenants moved in today thanks to a brilliant team who guided me with prophesionalism and empathy when I showed signs of stress. Thankyou Sarah, Emily and Royston
1st Oct 2024 (30 days ago)Karan was very disrespectful and unprofessional bringing up her leak in the ceiling. I did not get my desired idealistic property. Due to her being a Karan. Black hearted like the rest of them… Avoid using this letting agency at all measures. I’m certain if I had gone with any other letting agency they would have got me in the property. I felt belittled and threatened by her attitude towards me & I’m convinced that she didn’t try her best to explain my savings to the landlord or my start date for my job. I am now left homeless. When I start work in 2 weeks time. With no place to keep my bike. Stop removing my review. As I have been nothing but factual and honest about my experience.

I am so glad I did as the service I received was very professional from start to finish & the photography they supplied was awesome. They constantly kept me up to date as things were progressing and they found me a tenant extremely quickly. Everything was seamless & stress free. What an amazing company. 18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!- 1st Aug 2024 (13 weeks ago)Martin & Co delivered great service . Really impressed and happy with the service provided.

7th Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)Our first contact with Linley & Simpson to let a property was with Hollie Landi. She was totally on our case from day 1 & kept us informed of each and every development! Lucy carried out the property inspection…excellent! Hollie did all the viewings and kept us informed regularly of any interest in renting! Some references took a while to come through, but hey that’s the way it goes, not the fault of Hollie or Linley & Simpson!

29th Oct 2024 (2 days ago)I cannot thank Samuel Houghton enough, as I am relocating and live many hours away, viewing rental properties was difficult to say the least as they were going before I could get there but Sam went above and beyond to arrange virtual viewings and sending walk through videos to me, suggesting properties that would meet my criteria and even helping with timings getting from a to b so I wasn't late given I have no knowledge of the area. Sam has really taken my personal circumstances into account and tailoring his help accordingly, the assistance I have received is far beyond that received from other companies contacted and he made the job of relocating far less stressful and worrying!
