Professional, supportive, excellent communication/liaison between parties. This was the 2nd house they had sold for me and I wouldn't choose any other agent. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure working closely with Tikal, she is very hardworking and has such a warm and friendly manner. It is very clear she loves what she does! From the very start, the team there were helpful, supportive and thorough, guiding us through the entire process. Due to our solicitors, the selling process was not without its stresses but Josh at William H Brown helped in every way he could and provided our buyer with all the reassurance he could, meaning we were able to exchange and complete on time. His communication and expertise were second to none. We would definitely use Josh and the team again snd would definitely recommend them to anyone.

5th Jul 2024 (17 weeks ago)We have bought our first house via Ellis Winters and had a very nice experience with their service even though the rest of the process was quite painful and took much longer than expected. From the initial viewing to the deliverance of keys, all the team was very kind, helpful, supportive, and friendly. Whenever the conveyancing process was stuck Natalie McDermott from St Ives branch chased the conveyancers, kept us updated and when I was quite flustered with the process she reassured me. We wanted to have an impromptu viewing of the house before the exchange and they arranged it very quickly on the same day. I cannot remember the name of the lady we talked that day but she did her best to fulfil our last minute request. Everyone we got in touch was very good at their job and went above and beyond to complete the process and make things easier for us (and probably for the vendors too!). Thanks for everything!

2nd Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been renting in Cambridge for the past 6 years. Tucker Gardner has been the worst letting agency we have ever dealt with. We terminated our contract 1 month early with 1.5 month notice (minimum notice is 1 month. Landlord initially offered to renew the contract. Before we could reply he cancelled the offer. We were told he entered into Tucker Gardner office screaming that he didn't like the sunflowers and plants we put on our balcony, which the whole neighbourhood loved: the contract itself stated "no furniture on the border of the terrace"). Now, after having handed back the keys, we are told we are still liable for the last month of rent and bills! Upon asking for clarification, it seems they had not yet "actioned" (exact words) our departure in their system. A mistake on their end, which the agent should pay for, not us as tenants or the landlord. They reply insisting they can't guarantee our deposit back yet, and they need to talk to the landlord first and other members in their team. They cannot even guarantee they will reach a decision about our deposit within 10 working days, as stated on the contract. Will keep you updated! 42 Google reviews mentioning a late deposit repayment...
11th Oct 2024 (20 days ago)Made an offer on a property and got told they had a higher offer. Found out today that they didn't have a higher offer but the people bought it happened to use their mortgage adviser , which I refused. And this wasn't the first time we felt they lied to us.

They are attentive, knowledgeable, quick to act and provide support when needed to keep the chain moving to result in a successful sell and purchase. Worth every penny and highly recommend.
