20th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)I met with an agent at the property and then handed in keys so they could do viewings. I was told there was a afew viewings by email.but had to always ask for an update afterwards. I then had to request someone get in touch for an update and decided to drop the price aftershock it sold pretty quickly. 3 stars overall as.i wouldn't say there was anything outstanding so far just average.

12th Nov 2023 (11 mo. ago)Worst experience of my life Everything was dirty, the manager or person in charge didn’t have our table ready and wait 30 min, the comunication very poor, ask for drinks and come way after food, and discover they were pour from big bottles keeping in room temperature no ice or nothing, the selection of food, everything frozen and no hygiene, no extraction in the place and you can see the mould on the walls No recommend this at all
28th Oct 2024 (4 days ago)This is in relation to the Edinburgh branch. Both my wife and I requested the home report of a property we were interested in. Savills opted not to respond, so we had assumed the report was not ready. Today, only a matter of days later, we phoned to chase and Savills Edinburgh informed us they had a home report ready and shared BUT had a bid in for the property which we were told was accepted. In my view this is blatantly negligent and not acting in their client, the sellers, best interest where multiple parties may have bid.

Dave Marshall and the whole team helped me navigate the whole complex process and kept me updated throughout. A special thanks to Eileen and Dianne although all staff were great. I would definitely recommend Neilsons to anyone whether it is buying and/or selling.
