24th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)All good in the end. They’re a bit keen as they urge you to take first offers that come along even though well below what I was wanting. I told them I wanted more even against their advice and I managed to get another £65k more than they originally urged me to accept. As with all estate agents the costs are quite expensive for what they do. Nick was good but I’m sure he and his colleagues are advised by management to get properties sold asap to meet targets. So my advice is stick to your guns on what YOU want and don’t be pushed into anything your not happy with

24th Oct 2024 (8 days ago)I had a viewing with Duncan from this location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Throughout the viewing he was very chatty and relaxed, allowing us the time we wanted to explore the property in order for us to see if it would be right for us. Prior to the viewing, communication was good. I did not proceed with the property as it wasn't the perfect fit, but would be happy to work with him again and view other properties.

I work with agents everyday and have done for years now, I have to compliment Daniela on her work ethic, her great communication skills and always being bubbly no matter what is going on. I am thankful she was part of the transaction as she always was on top of things and always had time to either take my calls for an update or to update me herself. 18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
