Also, the rest of the Chappells team has been amazing dealing with any questions or problems we’ve had since moving in. I would definitely recommend :)

I can't thank them enough for their advice and guidance, their knowledge and support and for how great their communications were, right from the initial meeting with Lucy through to Michelle seeing us through the sale progression. Big shout out to Gerry who carried us through everything and reassured us whenever we worried. Her expertise I truly believe got us the best possible price and a fantastic buyer. It's had issues and they have really gone the extra mile and made things happen including redecoration, cleaning etc. I live abroad so I rely totally on them and I know the apartment couldn't be in more capable caring hands.
18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We went through every detail about the property, and he took the time to answer every question I had. I'm now on my way to secure a new flat with Chancellors, and I'm confident it will be a quick and professional experience.

We would highly recommend Avocado Properties services to anyone looking for residential lettings or sales. Our agent Pooja was exceptional. From start to finish, she was super helpful and always ready to help. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. She was always accessible, promptly returning calls and emails, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Thank you Pooja for making our move stress free!

Once I got there after waking up a 3 months old baby, the property was locked and no agent in sight... After a 20 minutes wait I called just to be told that the agent did not have the keys and they are calling everyone to reschedule the viewing... Mind you, I was never called and the whole area smelled like weed and was nothing like it was portrayed in the photos... Absolutely unprofessional behaviour and will definitely not ever use again... Disgraceful...
