Matt was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and approachable. The house despite needing some modernisation, sold at the full asking price within 5 days, with several other offers on the table. Communication was excellent throughout the smooth sale, for which we were extremely grateful. We have no hesitation in recommending Pearsons and would definitely use them again.

The tailored approach was exactly what we needed being 4 hrs away from the property being marketed. The entire team dealt with our needs with a proactive and empathetic drive. Extra special thanks to Steph for her excellent communication skills and ability to drive the sale and completion when the legalities were slow. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

They were always available if we had any questions and when it came to the conveyancing they kept us informed of the progress and contacted all parties when there were any problems. I can highly recommend them.

10th Oct 2024 (22 days ago)I had an awful experience renting through Kings. First, they illegally took security deposits from two different groups and then tried to make both groups bid on the same property while holding onto their deposits. They overcharged us, and even after a month, we’re still waiting for any response from their accounts team. It’s ironic how fast they confirm payments and release keys, but when it comes to fixing their overcharges, it's taking over a month. I wouldn’t recommend them at all – their communication skills are terrible. Avoid doing business with them if you want a stress-free life. Also, their false advertising is ridiculous (and illegal). They listed the house as fully furnished, but six weeks into the tenancy, it’s still missing essential furniture like curtains, beds, and desks. Despite this, they’re still charging full rent. Absolutely outrageous! Avoid Kings at all costs and find a better rental agency.

The communication was always efficient and we continuously felt they were on our side and wanting to help us find the right buyer and get through the process as quickly and pain free as possible! They were also helpful when we needed extra services like referring us to someone to help with our mortgage and EPC. Would recommend to anyone looking to make the move!
17th Oct 2024 (15 days ago)My daughter’s experience with The Home Agency has left her with trauma. I had to pick up the pieces when she was face with being blind sided. It was only at the time of signing we found out that there was an on-suite that had already been allocated. The final straw was the property was overcrowded with a non-registered tenant living in the property. My advice is to be very cautious!!!!!

22nd Oct 2024 (10 days ago)We wanted to work with Marco Harris for their increasing use of social media to advertise properties, however, when it came to put property, they didn't put anything on social media. They always messaged straight after a viewing but otherwise I had to be the first one to chase for an update. I've said no to recommending them but if you have a big house that has a lot of character and personality then yes they'd probably do a better job.

She was literally on hand anytime we needed help or reassurance even answering messages when she was on holiday. She will tell you how it is, not what you’d like to hear and is totally reliable. No hesitation in recommending her to family or friends.
18th Oct 2024 (14 days ago)I wonder if the property ombudsman knows that leaders are forcing people to take contents insurance through their provider? It is a requirement if you want to take a rental property through them. If you don't take it then you can't proceed with the property. This sort of practice isn't allowed. You cant force someone to take contents insurance. You have been reported to the property ombudsman Leaders. Poor practice.
