26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
3rd Sep 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are rude girls, and I can even say that they are Racists, since we rented the apartment, they did not inform us that the block has Rats even though I live with a minor and they did not fix the imperfections in the house by giving us the time. It is a very bad agency, very incompetent.

27th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)I had a few estate agents come out to see me and chose Barbers due to their professionalism, sensitive understanding of my situation and explaining everything clearly from the start. They really stood out above the others that had visited, and I was disappointed throughout the whole process. The sale turned out to be a very complicated sale due to many issues we weren’t aware of initially,. Barbers supported me through the whole process. Matthew negotiated with the buyer instead of leaving it to the solicitors, which would have increased my legal costs, on many occasions. Overall a very drawn out, emotionally and stressful sale and I am so glad I chose Barbers to guide me through this. I felt they were by my side without having to ask. I would recommend them without hesitation.
3rd Aug 2021 (3 years ago)It's never easy selling the home of a deceased parent, but it helps if you are supported by a good agent. Barbers were alongside us throughout the process, offering helpful advice and support and bringing us to a successful conclusion. A sale was agreed in excess of the asking price within a matter of days, but, due to Covid-19 and other difficulties, took 4 months to complete. Through all this time we never felt cut off or out of the loop, as we were kept well-informed of progress (or lack of it!). A thoroughly professional job from start to finish - we would readily recommend Barbers.
