Emma, Kelsey, Annie and Harry advising and updating me every step of the way from re marketing the property, viewings and securing the new tenants Cope & Co have provided me a service that is second to none. I have used them for years and they are always professional and helpful and I have recommended them several times. A thank you to Cole and Josh in the PMD team for arranging quick access so I could sort the boiler too!- 9th May 2024 (11 days ago)Incredible service by Stephen whinyates. Made us seriously question why we went with hannels. The level of service was a totally different standard. Would only use John German in the future !!

12th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)My husband and I have been very impressed by James's diligence, efficiency, hard work and courtesy when selling our home for us. We were very happy that the buyers also then put their trust in James for selling their home, making the process smooth, and seamless with James 'at the helm' . He was then chasing three lots of solicitors , and other parties and certainly kept us up to date and informed with what we needed to know at every stage. (whilst professionally maintaining confidentiality for the other involved parties). James made himself available to answer any emails, texts and phone calls as needed, very quickly. Other Acquire staff were also on hand to help if occasionally needed, and messages between staff were passed on seamlessly. Overall, probably the best experience we have had with different Estate agents , over the years. We hope that the excellent service that we have received is noted by management. Thank you , James. Sue.

During the viewing he wasn’t pressuring or pushing nothing and was freely answering many questions. 1st Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Left feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. Throughout our entire process of having our house on the market for 6 months, me and my wife have been left completely alone in the majority of the process to chase up viewers, answer queries and have been the constant go between to solicitors/house developer. It appears quite clearly there is either a lack of communication between the staff or just simply a complete lack of interest or effort when it comes to helping us sell our home. The only time Ian picked up the phone to contact us throughout the entire process was to rush us into our next home that wasn’t even built yet or force us into rented accommodation, which from our first meeting with him we made clear was a non-negotiable due to understandable work/family arrangements. Whenever someone went on annual leave or was off work, there was no clear handover and our viewings/queries got completely shoved to the bottom of the pile and we AGAIN had to chase things up which often resulted in speaking to a confused member of staff who had no idea what we were talking about. The large majority of our viewings we have had have been people who haven’t had any agreement in principles with their bank and so we have spent all this time and effort making our home look at the best condition possible for a viewing, just for a few days later to have a half-arsed response from YourMove telling us they couldn’t afford it anyway. This is something since going on with another, much better estate agent we have realised should’ve been discussed in the first phone call with a potential viewer. Me and my wife are fully aware of the situation of the market right now and understand the difficulty (more than ever) in selling a home, however I 100% believe this would’ve been achieved with more clear communication and effort made from the estate agents. I am never someone to write negative reviews, however because we have completely wasted 6 months of our time, effort and emotions on doing 99% of the leg work ourselves, I really don’t want anyone else to have to go through what we have.

After being disappointed with another agent we moved to EweMove and we sold within 2 weeks! Victoria gave us a complete personal service, giving us regular feedback, offering good advice and being very supportive. I think EweMove is the future model for estate agents. I would highly recommend EweMove and specifically Victoria when buying and selling your home.
23rd Apr 2024 (27 days ago)During the last 6 years, I've moved 7 times on account of my job and without reservation, the experience I have had with Ewemove has been the best I've ever had so far. I would like to especially mention Amy-Louise Richardson, who personally looked after me and my wife throughout our tenancy. She not only has excellent knowledge about the properties that she shows people and the localities where they are but unlike other agencies, she doesn't hand you over to a colleagues and personally looks after you throughout. In Amy, we found a friend and I will forever remain grateful for all the help she has provided and I am sad to be leaving the property I was in. All the best for all of your hard work.

However Harvey provided great support throughout the process and ensured the transaction came to a close with always a positive attitude. Particularly the unbiased support we got from Harvey as buyers towards a short term let due to delays in buying the property was the most helpful. Highly recommend! Thanks Harvey!

I am now a first time landlady thanks to Open House ???? I was contacted by Sammy after completing an online comparison for local estate agents and initially, I was skeptical due to them being a small company, and one I was not overly familiar with. I originally thought I should probably use a mainstream, large company to have the best success with a stress-free experience when renting my house. However, after reading the reviews I found online about Sammy and Sarah at Open House, along with their highly competitive fees, it was a clear decision from the start that I would be using these guys to market my house and find me a tenant. Sammy accommodated my limited availability and came to provide an estimate when it suited me. He confidently quoted £75pcm more than what Newton Fallowell had done and I had no issues achieving large amounts of interest and subsequent applications with his suggested monthly rental charge. This only proves that Sammys knowledge and experience in the industry is to an excellent standard, and he clearly knows what he's doing with the market. The pictures captured the character of my house and really did the property justice. The whole process start to finish was as smooth and easy as could be. Great communication, any time of the day, any day of the week. I very quickly found tenants and within a week or so, all checks were completed and keys were handed over ???? I would not hesitate to use Sammy and Sarah for any rental or sales processes in the future, and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both! ????
