The team facilitated numerous viewings for me and they were always on time. They were also actively involved in ensuring we settled in fine. I would always recommend them because i hold them in high esteem. A company that cares!- 8th May 2024 (12 days ago)Just sold my house by modern auction it's been a breeze , helped mostly by Dan Plummer and his team at Gleadless branch in sheffield, Dan told me 56 days from start to completion day and must say I was sceptical and infact it's completed in 53 days , I thought at 1st it was sales talk but it's the truth . 21st Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

9th May 2024 (11 days ago)Recently sold our house in a couple of weeks with the Banner Cross branch. We were 100% impressed with the commitment of all the staff. Vanessa did the valuation and was absolutely correct in her assessment and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Janet was the link who kept us up to date with every step of the way, regarding viewings and ongoing progress with solicitors etc. Emails and phone calls were responded to immediately. Louise kept us informed of progress with the continuing chain complications. Highly recommend them.

1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Firstly I’d like to say this is my 2nd time using haybrooks at crystal peaks , i had such a smooth and easy experience buying of them the first time I decided to use the best for the sale of this house ! Rachel .... wow amazing ! I messaged her on the Saturday she came and did the pics on the Sunday and on the market the Monday ... the advertising was amazing and we had so much interest based on the fantasise marketing Rachel did .. moving on the Haley ,, what a star , she was amazing at organising all the viewing we had booked in and kept me calm when I thought it was all getting a bit crazy ! She held my hand when I needed it and kept me on track with all the 2nd viewings .. we sold in 4 days and I can honestly say we couldn’t have done it with out her !! Shes such a warm and friendly person but so professional with the way she conducts herself And just puts you at ease , nothing is to much for her and I’m so grateful for everything she has done and still is doing for us ?? Thanks for everything ladies xx Rebecca
