7th May 2024 (13 days ago)I recently purchased in the area and was assisted by Ellions estate agents. I primarily worked with Mahul who was absolutely amazing. He was very efficient at coordinating communication between several parties. In my case, the transaction was not a straighforward one and without Mahul's assistance could have easily dragged on a month or two. I was very impressed by his performance as an agent. Ellisons as an estate agency as great and this is from the perspective of someone who prettu much worked with all big name estate agencies (I attempted to purchase 8 times????). My only regret is I wish I had gotten the opportunity to work with them sooner. I know people generally do not have good things to say about EAs but in my experience the EAs here are genuine, efficient and sympathetic. You actually have that feeling of we are working together on this. Shoutout to Adrian and Sam who helped along this journey too!

15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)James Coles has assisted us with applying for a mortage. He has been professional, polite and very easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Whilst obtaining a mortgage has been somewhat stressful, James has guided us though every step and provided us with invaluable information at every turn. He is also a personable individual whom we would highly recommend if you need help with a Mortgage. More recently, his assistant Sharon has been communicating with us to keep us informed as things progress. She has also been a pleasure to liaise with.

4th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I couldn't recommend KFH in Southfields more highly. From the initial meeting for a valuation (for rental and sales) Jay and his team have gone above and beyond to provide assistance, without being at all pushy, which I have experienced at other places. They were extremely informative, proving a lot of information I could take away and review about the local area, similar properties they had sold and let, and how the market is. Throughout the renovation of the flat prior to putting it on the market, they were so helpful in offering advice, and even went to the property to ensure everything was cleared after the builders were there so it was completely ready for the new tenants to move in. The entire process from start to finish has been run extremely professionally and went so smoothly - they are an exemplary team! Thanks also to Keith and Grace who have provided continued support when we have been out of London, but still managed to ensure all the paperwork was sorted for us. A huge thank you!

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

Super reactive, he understood perfectly what I was looking for and suggested properties that met my criteria. He was quick to respond, arrange viewings, and follow up on any queries I had. Very professional, responsive, and understanding all at once. After having contacts with a bunch of agents that ended up being literally a waste of my time, I started growing kind of skeptical about what I could expect from an agent. I must say I was surprisingly overjoyed with Martin's assistance and have since shifted my opinion about the quality of service I can expect from an agent.
