Unprofessional! Struggling to take deposit back. edit: Yes of course you know us, we use to rent flat 26 Chesterton Square! The Landlord from there is asking to pay over £1500 for the renovation but this is ridiculous, we stay there only 1 year and we did not brake anything but they are asking to pay stuff that had been broken from previous tenants…... Had the pleasure of flat hunting with Manon Laurent a couple weeks ago. Truly a breath of fresh air compared to the treatment you may find from other letting agents in London. The properties we viewed were remarkably well matched and although we had a couple of unexpected problems here and there (made for some funny stories!), Manon dealt with it quickly and professionally. All in all, a very pleasant afternoon driving around West Central London with some terrific company, with the added bonus of viewing some lovely flats! Very unimpressed with this company. The sales manager of the branch is weak and in my opinion is not particularly knowledgeable about the current market. I've spoken to her a number of times on the phone and always feel that she is not overly interested in me. I would definitely recommend other agents in the area over Marsh and Parsons.... Read more

The weakest service I've ever received. They helped me to rent out my property. But their service through renting is really weak. I had no contract for proprty management, but they were charging me. I tried to solve the problem with property manager (Natasha), but they did not answer me properly and keep saying that they will solve the problem. The property manager who is working in hammersmith branch was not cooperative, each time i emailed her she did not respond untill I called her and most of the time our conversation ended up with no result, she promised her call but never happened. They made mistakes on my statements and I am still trying to solve the issue although they do not cooperate.... Read more
