Worst agency I was renting with. Nightmare is over! When we moved in paying always on time and in full ( direct debit) We could not use parking, as it was a car dumped in our parking space, but the agency did not want to deal with it. Washing machine never worked, cooker not working oh and " don't open the balcony door because it's a health hazard " - mentioned of course after signing contract. When they booked in checking the property appointment not turning up and when I called if it's happening as I am sitting here since we agreed on appointment " there is an emergency at an other property " - and this is the sentence we kept hearing from them. Boiler broke went on 2 weeks with no hot water and took them months to sort things and all this with constant chasing them. When we moved out they wanted to deduct money from our deposit for the balcony door which was " health hazard " -( they own words) when we moved in.... If you want to save yourself from a constant headache do not rent from them, and if you do, make sure you have emails with all the ongoing issues.

Made arrangements with One Click Homes to view a property - nobody bothered to turn up at the agreed time. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. Ridiculously unprofessional and plain rude. Wasted time and money getting there. Would not recommend.

Worst agency in London by far I whish there was an option to give zero star review After moving in we've encountered a ton of problems with the property: Mice infestation, leaking pipes everywhere, even leaks next to power sockets, boiler enclosed in a cupboard without a door, to say the least. The agency kept sending their builder who didn't seem to know what he was doing even mounted a shower head upside down, he was called to the property 8 times to fix one problem and after not being able to he sent a friend that left us with a huge whole in the ceiling exposed with mice running around, insects etc. After much complainning they chose to ignore our emails and pretend they were busy or not present when we called and only showing up or sending representatives when we threatened not to pay rent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PAYING THEM AGENCY FEES AND THEY DO NOT MANAGE ANYTHING AT ALL GOOD LUCK TO THE PERSON BUYING 5 RADLIX ROAD, YOU'RE IN FOR ONE

Helen was really helpful and came out of her way to show us round the house. She answered all our questions during the viewing and also via email or phone afterwards. It was refreshing to deal with an estate agent with a genuine care and involvement in the process throughout. On the day we collected the keys, Djamel was also really helpful in giving us lots of information for the move and sending over contract details promptly after out meeting. I would highly recommend 1 Click Homes.
