Would leave a negative star review if possible. In my 5 years of living in London I have dealt with extremely incompentent Estate Agents but this office takes the cake as the most unprofessional, unorganised and frankly Estate Agents Office company I have encountered. The fact they have any 5 star reviews is very fishy to me as I can't find a single redeeming quality about them during the 2 years me and my flatmates rented one of their properties (the fact that all the positive reviews are vague makes me think they're written by their friends). Firstly, the are extremely hard to get hold of. They never responded to any emails phone calls or texts however when they wanted to get hold of one of the tenants they would calls us endlessly even whilst at work when we already explained we couldn't take personal calls.They never showed up to our viewing and when I tried to contact the agent I was meant to be meeting there was no answer. They never answered any emails with follow up questions about the property however when they wanted us to sign they were contacting us relentlessly. We would have to email them multiple times before ever getting an answer about anything and would often have to re-email the same information over and over again because they couldn't be bothered to ever find the original emails we sent. They even didn't send us back our deposit in full despite our landlady saying we left the house in an immaculate condition and it took over a week of multiple emails with evidence to get them send the missing amount. Then there is the choice of Landlady they represent. Our landlady was evil in the form of someone called Sabrina George. She was incredibly rude and belittling to us tenants. She would come over to the property multiple times unannounced and often with no particular reason, and did this despite us requesting she at least only visit when one of us was in the house, and with at least a days warning. On one occasion she even admitted to getting a lock smith to unlock the door for her when none of us were there because she had forgotten the key we had given her after an outside lock needed replacing through no fault of our own. She then even threatened to bill us for the cost of the lock smith, despite her already having had a key we left for her to access the property with. She also on multiple occasions came without warning and decimated our garden leaving all the garden waste for us to clear and then be annoyed at us when we hadn't got round to it despite her being the one to create and live the waste in the first place. The communication between the office and our Landlady was clearly so minimal as once Sabrina even threatened to sue us for "not allowing the state agents access to conduct viewings" despite us having been in constant communication with them and agreeing to a viewing only a few days before. We outlined our frustrations with Sabrina George to the estate agents and asked that in the final months or so of our tenancy that we only communicate through the Estate Agents as clearly Sabrina was not to be trusted as a landlady. This email outlining our frustration was completely ignored by the estate agents and we had to endure Sabrina's neurotic behaviour for the rest of our tenancy. Would only recommend if you love to waste your time or have a laugh at the most incompetent estate agents in London. x... Read more

I had terrible experience with them. Booked for vieweing twice and both the times they did not show up. They never pick up their call, it always go to voicemail which is also full of messages and so I couldn't leave any note. They are not at all professional and behaviour is very bad as well.... AVOID! Do NOT use this realtor to let your property. They will fill it with loud, obnoxious students who will have daily drunken parties, damaging the value of your property and causing massive issues with neighbours. Tried to report this to the agent and they do not respond or care.... Read more
