I am a bit of a review monster so I usually give bad reviews but I don’t actually have anything bad to say about Residential Realtors. They are actually very good at their job and very efficient which took me by surprise. I have to give them 5 stars because I couldn’t fault them. Max was charming and Farzana was a delight to talk to. Other estate agents should take leaf out of these guys book.

I went to the Residential Realtors Branch yesterday as I wanted a property in the area. It was unusually really nice, Max sat me down and we had a chat about what I was looking for. He offered me a cup of tea and then he showed me what he had around the area meeting my criteria. We lined up 3 viewings then and there and 2 of them were great and we have placed an offer on 1 and I’m waiting to hear back. Very easy and pleasant experience so finger crossed the offer is accepted.

We had a bad experience with Res Realtors. After accepting our offer we paid the holding deposit and the agency fees hoping to get in the property. However for two weeks Resident Realtors couldn't sort their act with the landlord and we were left with no place to live, just 5 days before the move in date. Imagine the struggle in finding a new place for 5 days.
Kudos to Max who actually tried hard to sort the things out in the said two weeks. Also good that we got our money back quite quick.
Resident Realtors, please sort out your game with the landlords.
