Would give it zero but can't. Like many back street letting agents they talk the talk but neither care for the owners property nor the welfare of the tenants. Do not trust their lies, they are only there to make money for themselves. They do not do any maintenance and do not inspect either the interior or exterior of the property. It is interesting to note that two of the five star reviews are from owners. Can I suggest that they inspect the state of their properties themselves once in a while. I also see that other higher ratings are from people who have worked for the letting agency in one way or another. Appalling.

Absolutely disgusting company. We rented off them for a few years and then had to fight to get any of our deposit back (successfully I might add) through the deposit protection service. They are an absolute con and should not be in any form of business. They do not communicate internally or with the people renting from them. Both houses we rented from them had leaks which never got fixed. Don't waste your time or money dealing with these jokers.

Do not rent a property from this agency!! From moving into the property there were problems we the heating and hot water which resulted in mould throughout the house. When informing the agency of this multiple times the landlord was finally contacted, when the landlord arrived he said he had only been informed that day. Further problem persisted and nothing was done until we threatened contacting the council about the poor conditions we were living in. Long story short, we directly contacted the landlord from then onwards in order to get our problems sorted. The agency didn't seem to be interested in anything that didn't involve them receiving money from us. When they did house inspections they only inspected communal areas and would moan about the smallest amount of mess. This could be as petty as a couple pizza boxes in a pile the day before bin day. A couple times they also turned up without informing us, which is a clear breach of our contract. The worst thing occurred when we had vacated the property at the end of our occupacy. When personally contacting the water company regarding our vacancy, they informed me that they had received correspondence from the agency informing them that we were the tenants for a further year. When challenged the agency proceeded to lie to me. Be aware.

Like others I'm gobsmacked by the negative reviews I read below. Is this the same company that have looked after my properties for the last 10+yrs I ask? I've always found Kimberley,Roberta and the company generally excellent. Helpful, proactive and professional. They have also proven invaluable in smoothing out the odd issue with tenants quickly and efficiently. I definitely would not have stayed with them so long had it been otherwise.
