Where do I begin. From the first phone call Sonny has just been on point. Sonny is friendly and very approachable. Whenever I needed help or had questions, he was accomadating and always responded be it returning my call, text message or via email. Our agent was (is) Saffron Scanlon.
She has been incredibly helpful for me and my partner with moving in to our new property and helping us arrange everything.
We needed to be flexible with dates due to a family emergency and we couldn't have been in better hands than Saffron to help us arrange everything with the landlord.
Saffron was (is) always available via email and phone and was constantly ensuring we were happy with every part of the process.

We approached a few estate agents to handle the sale of our house and we are absolutely delighted to have chosen KFH for this. Since we were not hugely familiar with the process of selling property and expected to be out of the country before completion, we really needed someone who would take us through all the hoops on fire and guide us through the process as painlessly as possible. We first met Maxine who was an absolute gem! She explained the entire process extremely well and how she would recommend we approach the sale itself without forcing anything. She clearly had an in-depth knowledge of the area and local property market which put us at ease very quickly. The sale was then managed by David in her team who was equally polite, reactive and professional all the way through always seeking the best outcome for both parties in the sale keeping us informed regularly on how things were progressing. Whilst we are sad to part with our family home, David and Maxine played a huge part in making this much easier to cope with and find a lovely family who we are sure will spend many more happy years in this house.

We just bough a hours and Andrew S was our agent. He was absolutely outstanding! We manage to complete and exchange with in 2 months which is super fast and thanks to him we managed to save some money on stamp duty. I highly recommend him. Five stars from me big time!

KFH were totally professional from the first evaluation visit. Andrew was exceptional, the only person in the chain that kept all the lawyers dancing and on their toes. He made it happen. More than worth paying the extra commison for. The higher valuation was spot on. The extra £1000 in fees on a competitor was more than offset by achieving a sale £35000 higher and gained the benefit of Andrew's hard work and professionalism. Not one whinge.

Very pleased with the service received from KFH. Our estate agent was Dan Chapman and he couldn't really have done much more. He was proactive, always happy to make an extra call or send an extra email to help keep things moving and always available to talk things through and provide assistance when needed. He always kept us fully up to date and gave his all throughout.
