Excellent service from Jemma and team! Kept us up to date during a very difficult transition between housing, and found us a little gem to live in. Whilst we did contracts, Jemma was kind to keep me informed and when we moved in last week, she popped us a note to ask how we were and wished us well. This has been the best experience I moving house I've had, no mess, no stress and I'd 100% use them again or recommend them as an agent for friends and family.

Right from receiving emails about available property according to my preference stated, till when I got something beautiful from grant homes I was always at peace. Their response to emails are with the speed of light, they attend to all queries in a well professional manner.
Moving in was really easy as everything and everywhere was sparkling clean.
In future if I ever want to buy a house I am most definitely gonna be doing it with grant homes
