We had a very positive home-finding and move-in experience with the Brown&Merry Lettings Team. Emily and Ellie were especially a pleasure to work with: they both provided us with a really smooth and efficient service from passing on our initial offer, through property viewing, referencing to contract signing and handing us the keys to our lovely new home.
They even surprised us with a personalised Home Move Box, which was such a nice touch and made us feel so welcome.
I and my husband can only recommend Emily, Ellie and their Lettings Team to other prospective lettings customers looking for a great service.
I would also like to give a big shout out for Gemma for her amazingly efficient and expert mortgage advice and matching us with the best mortgage lenders.

Brown and Merry in Tring are brilliant. I had a great experience. Tom came round initially and was so kind. He was super friendly and gave me a top price for my maisonette. Then I got to meet both Marcus and Charlotte Perry, who would be selling my home. They were both lovely. Charlotte was amazing. She found a buyer and sold my place for the full price, before the photos had even been edited. Since then I've been dealing with Jamie and Yvonne over the phone and again, they are both friendly and professional. I'm moving to my new home next week and I can't thank these guys enough.
