Don't bother doing business with Stirling Ackroyd!
They would advertise a place at a certain price, take 20 offers on it and then entertain every person who placed an offer to bid against others which will ultimately raise the asking price of the propriety by 20%. They are doing nothing but damaging what is already a difficult real estate market.
Communication is extremely poor, they won't keep you in the loop nor inform if your offer was successful or not.
To be frank I doubt they are even presenting all the offers to the landlord, they would most likely show off by putting forward only offers way above the asking price.
I've been working with other agencies who have made it very clear they would be unable to do any viewings or take offers once a propriety is under offer but Stirling Ackroyd works like no one else on the market and I mean it in the worst possible way.
If you are a landlord or a tenant looking for your next successful rental please take your business anywhere else but Stirling Ackroyd.

This agent Leonardo and Rahat are the best estate agents in my experience in London.
The whole process was smooth and reply was very quick.
I could rent my flat without any stress.
Also aftercare is perfect.
If you rent a flat in London, I recommend renting from them!

The most seamless and hassle-free experience I've had with an estate agent when renting in London.
Leo, who has showed me around a few flats, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He listened to my requirements, proactively suggested flats for me to consider, was flexible on times around my schedule, and provided great support when putting in an offer.
Everything was very well-organised and their online platform makes tracking the steps of the tenancy process very easy, which I’ve not encountered with other estate agents.
The flat itself was immaculately cleaned with no hidden issues and ready-to-go as soon as I moved in.
Couldn’t recommend enough!

We have just moved into our new flat yesterday with the help of viewing and signing the contract by Zaylin and Rahat the move in manager. They just made everything seem so easy, with all of the processes till our move in day. Everything is so orangized, all of the appointments are on time. Would highly recommend!

We bought a home from a couple that was represented by Stirling Ackroyd at this office. Given the challenges that we faced working with our own estate agents, conveyancing solicitors, mortgage people, and the reputation of the whole industry in the United Kingdom, I did not hold out much hope that the other party's estate agents would be wonderful to work with. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out how great they actually were. They were more honest, open and communicative than anyone we were working with, even though they worked for the other party! They somehow seem to understand that everything going smoothly and quickly is in everyone's best interest. Alexandrej was very responsive, Seth helped a lot, and Nick was an absolute star. It's a bit unusual to say this, but the estate agents on the other side of the table were the best people we dealt with.
