We've recently moved into a property let through JLL. Our letting agent, Adam Garson, really impressed us with his professionalism, responsiveness and dedication to ensuring that our tenancy got off to a smooth start. He responded promptly, even outside normal working hours, and even helped us agree some pre-tenancy requirements with the landlord to streamline our move-in process. We are really enjoying our stay so far and hope to experience the same high standard of property management.

It was my first flat haunting but luckily I met JLL and Jennifer who provides me a great help through the process to got my ideal flat in a right time, Ieva then being a great support through the communication process and led me to move in to the property smoothly. Therefore I will definitely recommend them for my friends who's looking for a new place to live, wonderful experience.

Come up with another review after I've moved out of the property I rent with JLL. The check-out process of my end of the tenancy was very smoothly, Olga Nimets was very helpful and supportive throughout the check-out process. Got my deposit back in full amount smoothly as the rest of steps the checked-out was, which I really appreciate to JLL teams' support of my whole renting experience with them in the past 13 months. Will still definitely recommend JLL for any of my friend who's looking to rent a property.

Renting: Thank you Rico for showing me the right flat at the right time. After not having found one for a long time, Rico was able to find exactly what I was looking for. He is very professional and nice.
Maintenance: The Property manager, despite her huge efforts and level of care, put me through a difficult experience when I needed maintenance. According to what my property manager said my landlord seemed offensive against me without knowing me. I am a professional as well so this behaviour felt odd given I pay rent on time, all bills and always keep the house clean and tidy. Having been unwell in 2022, I was aiming for some calm this year, instead I am afraid of using anything in the house now knowing the maintenance process or that it won t be repaired at all. This is the first time in my 11 years in UK that I receive offensive comments by a landlord.

Stefania was our property manager for the past year and she has been very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process of renting. Couldn’t recommend her enough, she was always very quick to reply and helped to resolve any problem or query that we had!

Very unpleasant end of tenancy experience with JLL - would advise tenants to avoid this company. John&co much better. Paid £420 for a cleaner that they advised to use and it wasn’t cleaned to their satisfaction, items marked in inventory as fair wear and tear but they didn’t agree and withheld from our deposit. Took 3/4 weeks to get part of our deposit back and not a small sum. Trying to claim £20 for a mark on a wall that can barely be seen from the inventory report with no receipts to back up replacing anything. Needless to say we are disputing everything with TDS for the first time ever as tenants but for £128 you’d think the Landlord could repaint a wall when the property is several years old or for items marked as fair wear rather than getting into disputes with tenants that paid nearly £3k a month to rent from you. Avoid if you can! Karl Zheng and Tiffany are both very unpleasant to deal with and stressful from start to finish. Even pool at amory tower was closed for 6 months of our tenancy and we never got a response for no facilities? Tiffany ignored us for weeks when we asked for a response on facilities or issues with mould in flat. Not good enough!

Very unprofessional property managers (Olga Nimet), sending you details for transferring the name on the bill accounts only after you have moved out, purposefully keeping your deposit on hold for months after you have moved out for very unreasonable reasons (e.g. unless you pay all the bills twice, charging you for items which were not initially in the property for a higher price than usual), not caring anything about tenant's interest and losses, the agent hangs up the phone when the she doesn't have more reasonable arguments or doesn't agree with tenant's argument.
