Do not have the tenants best interests at heart.
Recent landlord used them to showcase the property then once deposit everything paid. Gave the landlord the deposit instead of putting money into a protection scheme which i feel is illegal

Goodfellows helped sell our mid-terrace 5 bedroom property in Raynes Park, and
I really cannot praise the Goodfellows sales team highly enough. Where we previously had disappointing experiences with two leading estate agencies, Goodfellows' sales service was head and shoulders above the competition. Not only did they price the property perfectly for the market, but their marketing and post-offer support was also exemplary and helped get our in-chain sale completed during challenging market conditions. If you are looking for an estate agency in the New Malden, Motspur Park, Raynes Park or Wimbledon area, there really is only one option - Goodfellows.

During my property search I had to deal with a number of different estate agents. Amanda at Goodfellows was by far the best! She listened not just to my request to view a property, but also what I was looking for and, because of that encouraged me to view somewhere I would have otherwise dismissed - and it turned out to be the house I put an offer on! she was also amazing throughout the whole experience, even when solicitors were stressing me out - right up until I had the keys in my hands. Definitely recommend Amanda and Goodfellows (just not their solicitors!)

Due to the hot property market, estate agents tend to be very time poor and rushing around such that customer service may not be top of their agenda. However, Amanda, Teresa and Mawara have been amazing - warm personality, friendly and responsive. Easy to get in touch of whenever I have questions. Clear communications on the whole sales/letting process. Thank you.

Adam has been kind, communicative, and diligent since our first interaction and it has been so consistent throughout. Unfortunately we didn't progress with the property but the highlight of the process and viewing was Adam and his approach - would love to work with him again!

Our move into our new rental property has been a disaster and Goodfellows have been incredibly poor in dealing with these issues.
1) A broken shower (with only one temperature - scalding hot) has not been fixed despite Goodfellows being made aware of this on the first day of our tenancy. While they have had a plumber around and have reduced it to a tepid shower, the fact that we have been without a working shower for two weeks of a heatwave is a disgrace.
2) There was no sofa upon our move. We were told that one would be arriving at the weekend. It did not. Nor did it arrive on the other days we were told it would. We eventually bought our own sofa because of how poorly getting a replacement through the agency was handled.
3) The flat was full of junk from a previous tenant/the landlord. Despite making Goodfellows aware of this on day one, we are now over two weeks in and it is still here. We did not sign an agreement to be a storage unit.
4) The doorbell/intercom unit for the flat is broken. Goodfellows were clearly aware of this before we moved in and neglected to inform us of it, and again are quibbling over fixing it.
As a tenant, I feel that I have been let down consistently. Nothing seems to be done and all we get are empty words with no commitments and no confirmation of date/time.
At this moment in time, I could not recommend them less.

Adam Ribero was our Sales Executive in helping us with our viewings on two properties at separate locations. He is friendly, approachable, and professional at what he does. Throughout the viewing process, he never made us feel rushed and have allowed us to take our time in making a sound decision before going ahead. He also has given us valuable tips and insights on what to look out for when going ahead with a property. We would never hesitate on him to be our agent and would very much highly recommend him.
