Jonathan Kushner at Aitchisons in Radlett recently sold our house.
From the start he was courteous and professional. He understands the market well and we trusted him when he gave us a valuation and when he subsequently marketed our property.
He conducted all the viewings personally and managed enquiries with insightfulness. He kept me informed of progress and handled a complicated chain with calm reassurance. He was always available by phone and responded to emails promptly.
I would recommend Aitchisons to anyone looking to sell their property.

Aitchisons are excellent managing agents for our property. They offer a very personal and efficient service. Both William and Karen are available whenever problems arise. They understand the market and offer fantastic advice. When we were looking for a new tenant recently, William arranged an open day and a new tenant was found quickly, leaving no void in tenancy. Don’t return calls , no sales people on weekends. Offer houses for sale but don’t do viewings . Worst agency have have come across

Found a lovely property that was being sold by Aitchinson. Johnathon was the sales point of contact and treated us with respect and professionalism. My wife and I contacted several viewings which were kindly accommodated. The advice and knowledge provided of the property and area was superb and genuine.
Post completion William was the point of contact for the rental of the property. He diligently took ownership of the process and conducted visits and make arrangements to ultimately obtain the most suitable tenants on a relatively short notice and our desired short rental term basis. Was a great outcome for us.
In conclusion, whether buy or renting, Aitchinson are an excellent choice as they have got it all covered. I’m 100% sure you will be as satisfied as we were with their services.
