A brilliant experience allround... I had struggled with this process since I had returned to the UK after being overseas for a long time and had to settle back 'into the system'.
Many estate agents were unhelpful, not responsive and just generally not providing the assistance and support I hoped for.
When I walked into Your Move Bexleyheath for the first time, I sat down and briefed the staff member about my circumstances, and she was quick to take my details and explain a little re the requirements and process.
My appointed agent was Maya Jacobs. She was friendly, proactive, helpful and most of all listened. I managed to find the property I was looking for and the whole process was clear and smooth. Any concerns I had were addressed and I was not worried at all. The overall experience was easy and I am so grateful to Maya for all her help.
Hats off to the Your Move team in Bexleyheath, by far the best service I have received out of the many many bad experiences I have had, and at the same time they managed to find the place that was exactly looking for.

After 9 months we finally moved into our new home and it was only possible because of Dan and Karen at the Bexleyheath Branch. Their tenacious perseverance throughout was above and beyond what we expected. We had some challenges to overcome, but it was the unrelenting communication and people skills that got it through in the end.
