What a brilliant company! This was my very first experience in acquiring a rented accommodation & I have to say that it was a great journey. This is entirely my opinion and what I went through with Parkinsofarr.First things first,do not get tricked into believing this is a 5 star agency by looking at all the 5* reviews.Obviously they will been asked to leave a review at the start of tenancy when everyone's happy and don't know jack about each other.Agency is very demanding of their tenants and there a lot of rules you have comply with and not much rights.I've asked a few times If we can get rid of some very bad looking tables and stuff but obviously we weren't allowed. They were insisting on us taking our laundry to the local launderette in cold winter and drying it there and not in the house.Once we there was a weird noise coming from the boiler and I had to contact them urgently as I was worried about safety of my girlfriend and baby but I got response in a few days and had to wait another few to get it fixed.Also Paul the director of Parkinsonfarr was being very rude, impolite and unwilling to help in most of the cases.These are some of the issues I had with Parkinsonfarr.Fast forward our tenancy finished and they deducted money from our deposit and not giving an explanation when asked.DEAL WITH CAUTION!!!!! ??...
