We had the pleasure working with Conor at Chestertons Fulham during our recent home purchase and we were pleased with the service provided. Conor demonstrated a good understanding of our preferenes and was responsive to our inquiries, which made the process efficient. While there were a few hiccups along the way dealing with sellers who were not easy, Conor handled them professionally and ensured our needs were met to the extent possible. Overall we are grateful for Conor's assistance and would happily recommend him to others in search of a reliable real estate agent.

I approached various estate agents during the Christmas period in December 2023 while on holidays as I was looking to buy a house in the Fulham area. It was 26th of December and gladly I received a reply from Albert Lawrence at Chestertons. I must say, not many agencies replied on that period! Albert was extremely helpful accommodating the viewings to my busy schedule when I returned back to the UK in January. I must say viewings after 6pm are not something other estate agencies do so I felt with Albert at Chestertons I was receiving an amazing service as nothing was a major issue for him. His attitude was the key for me to feel confident to put an offer in a house he showed me. The process was stressful because of various reasons not related to the estate agent but the fact that Albert and Chestertons were in the middle, made the process a success. This week I completed the purchase of the house and Im very happy. I recommend Chestertons Fulham Road to anyone looking to buy a property in the area. You will be lucky if Albert is your contact person, amazing service and outstanding professional ethic. Thank you!

Chestertons were superb and facilitated a quick and trouble free move. I have to say a huge thank you to Victoria who was everything you could possibly look for in an agent. Constantly in contact, helping to push the transaction through, providing planning drawings for other approved builds in the street (very important for me) and all with a smile and professionalism you’d expect from someone marketing a trophy property in central London. Exceptional!

I was incredibly disappointed = incredibly poor (and at times, it seemed, intentionally misleading) communication.
Also, once the offer was accepted, they did a terrible job of following the process and making sure the buyer was on track, which caused significant delays and me almost losing my onwards sale.
Oftentimes rude as well.

The sale was quite quick and the agent does try to get to your asking price, it’s just how they handle the after selling process is not as professional. They should have an admin person responsible for after sale process if the sales advisor is more keen on securing other sales
