Throughout a rather long drawn out negotiation Charles Eden's representatives were enormously helpful , encouraging , kind and very professional .
From the first viewing to the completion day when I received the keys , I always felt I could call in or on the phone and be listened to with patience and that help was at hand .

We were selling our cousins house to pay the care fees. We haven’t moved for over 40years.So it was with some trepidation initially, that we chose Charles Eden. We needn’t have worried, they worked very hard as a team, determined to sell the property- making an appointment at 7am to fit one potential buyer. The house sold that first weekend.
There was NEVER any “hard sell”just reassurance and recommendations when asked.They understood we found some technology a bit daunting but everything was carefully explained.
We are really happy to recommend Charles Eden and give them 5stars, they are completely deserved

The Charles Eden team were highly experienced, clear and communicative but above all we felt they were reasonable and human. At all stages during a very long and painful house purchase/sale process, the team were positive and enthusiastic, but never pushy or unpleasant. They helped us achieve a great outcome with our house sale in the end, and ironed out any minor wrinkles promptly for us. We'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Beckenham area.

Charles Eden proved their value and professionalism when things went wrong with part of the chain outside of their control. They worked on a daily basis to keep us informed about what was going on and pushed and cajoled all the relevant parties to keep the chain intact to a successful conclusion. Most can do the easy part well, it is the difficult parts that few can do and Charles Eden are one of those Estate Agents.

It was such a refreshing and pleasant experience dealing with Charles Eden (Beckenham) after having been disappointed by quite a few “stereotypical” real estate agents in the area. The staff at Charles Eden are personable, patient and made sure every step in our purchase was clearly communicated before proceeding. After the purchase was completed, they remain very helpful and quick to respond to our enquiries. We have already recommended them to our friends.
