Rupert Simmonds has been a Godsend! He's polite, smart, well-mannered, industrious, helpful, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me find my tenants two years ago at my asking price, and then when my flat was ruined in the flash floods in August 2021 he stepped up tremendously and helped field the insurance company, the contractors, and the tenants, even though it was not his responsibility or job description. I am based in New York so it would have been impossible to navigate this crisis without him.
