We first came across Petty Son and Prestwich on a viewing. After what had been a disastrous year and experience for us trying to sell our property, we immediately loved Catherine! Her warmth friendliness and professionalism was nothing like we had come across in the market. We could really sense her passion for what she does and the fact she genuinely cared about us and wanted the best for us. We did not hesitate in appointing PS&P to sell our property for us which was done swiftly and smoothly, all in a professional way - there were no issues encounters and this really made our busy lives stress free and the experience enjoyable. (Mostly) really nice people and some especially lovely but they declined potential buyers without speaking with us first and discouraged potential bidders based on incorrect assumptions. Has been quite frustrating

Everyone on the team is helpful, dedicated and proactive and made the whole process as hassle free as buying and selling can be! We were looking to buy a property for nearly three years and so met the team on many occasions. When we finally got to the point of buying through Petty Son & Prestwich, the team were fantastic. They facilitated communication between us and their sellers promptly and clearly. Moreover they were much more helpful than own own agents with advice on managing our tricky buyer. At the point of exchange and completion, they liaised up and down the chain to keep things moving. I honestly don’t think it would have all gone through without them. I can highly recommend them, and while we have no intention of moving again, if we did, they would be my first choice.

Petty Son gave us great service from our initial meeting through to sale completion of Dad's Wanstead flat in early December. They provided very prompt response to calls/emails, provided realistic expectations on sale price that were met, and the staff were always friendly and re-assuring. They had a good knowledge of the property and I consider that engaging them was one our best decisions for 2023!!

After I searched about Council Tax Band appeal I came across your website and information about how to appeal against my council tax band.
Many thanks for all the information on your website I have now successfully appealed and got my Council tax band altered from E band to D band.
VOA initially did not accept my first appeal to them then I took the case further to valuation tribunal then few months later before hearing date they accepted my appeal and agreed to alter my council tax band.
Very happy with the result.
