Rumina the agents we were in contact with at Fraser & Co were extremely helpful and professional. She was incredibly responsive, even out of office hours, in order to facilitate the process as quickly and as easily as possible. She was very understanding in regards to all our requests / enquiries and happy to go above and beyond in order to make sure we were put at ease within the process. My wife is very happy with our new flat even tho she wasnt sure in the begining of the process! Deffinatly recomending Fraser & Co And our special thanks goes to Rumina for all shes done for us! ?????

Literally the worst of many many letting agents i have worked with. They will rent your property to any degenerate they can find. It will be let, but they will not follow legal protocols, jeopardizing your legal case should any tenant be destructive or delinquent.
Your emails will not be answered, your calls will not be returned, they will pass you along to other “managers” without notifying you. Completely useless
I give them 1 stars because i cannot give them 0 stars.

We worked with directly with Rumina Aktar to secure our new 2 bedroom house. In the past 7 years I've lived in London, I can honestly say that this is the first time that I've had a seamless process from start to finish.
Not only was she super knowledgeable, responsive and understanding, but she went out of her way to navigate some somewhat tricky requirements.
Would absolutely recommend!

Certainly the best letting agency ever, Alvis is a star, he has been following up very closely, responding to my questions in a very professional way, he replies in weekends, holidays, and giving his maximum support.
Rey made sure that we got everything we need before asking.

Rented from this branch for a year and had a very unpleasant experience. They handed us over a dirty property, took months to get rid of unusable furniture, didn't give good maintenance to the property and then unfairly deducted money from our deposit where we had written and graphic proof on all the points. Needed to raise a case with the deposit protection company. Do not recommend using them at all as they are untrustworthy and it has costs us a lot of time and stress to deal with them.

We really enjoy our stay in the property managed by Fraser& Co for one year and three months. We have the most wonderful memory in Netley street, and we will never forget that. We know we couldn't have this memory without the support from the Fraser& Co and the landlord. Thank you very much.

We had a great experience with Fraser and Co. My partner and I are in the midst of buying our first property and it happened to be in the midst of one of the craziest times ever, nonetheless we have managed to find our ideal home.
