Can you imagine that you are a tenant who paid 6 months upfront payment and till signed the contract, everything been well but after no response, no reply to emails. Some room for improvement on the back-end, with potential for the various teams to coordinate better amongst themselves (we had some confusion around booking of a couple of services).
