We are very impressed with the service and advice provided by Curchods Cobham for selling our home of 25 years. We found Andrew Grant and Tim Abbot of Curchods Prime to be experienced practitioners with good knowledge of the market. They were able to whet the buyers for our esoteric property, bringing only the right type of buyers for viewings. Tim Abbot was always at hand to answer our questions and personally attending most of the property viewings. Tim's negotiation skills closed the deal for us just in time for us to purchase our next property. We would happily recommend them to future sellers and buyers of properties.

I recently purchased a property and the experience/service from the company/Patrick Dobson from offer to completion was absolutely fantastic. Communication is excellent and I have nothing but high praise for the agency. Clearly a trustworthy, professional company who in my opinion play it fair and square, which in my experience hasn’t always been the way with some estate agencies. We found all the staff at Curchods in Cobham extremely helpful and efficient in enabling our house purchase. We were able to complete within a couple of months from making an offer. In particular having a sales progressor working alongside the negotiator a good aspect of the service and everyone seemed very well informed and coordinated. We would highly recommend Curchods as an Estate Agent.
