I was a new tenant and here's the feedback all the way from start .
1. Viewing was on time and was made sure that I would attend which is good. There were existing tenants during the viewing.
2. I was mentioned that landlord would need an extra £50/month over the price listed in Rightmove which I was okay with.
3. Background checks done on time for new tenancy and was smooth.
4. When I moved in, the house was not clean to begin with. Mould in fridge, dirty oven,.etc . I was told that I could leave the house in the same state when my tenancy expired.
5. I broke my tenancy since I need to relocate for the job. I had informed them 2 months prior as per contract, I was assured that it was fine as London properties do not stay for long in the market. I was okay with all the viewings and I was only informed at the last week that there is no new tenant coming in , that was only after I enquired.
6. They could only get new tenants 2 months after I moved out. So I literally had to pay 2 months rent without actually staying in the property. In short it took them 4 months to find a new tenant.
7. I was charged for things that were not damaged by me at the end of contract and I was only repaid (tenancy agreement after deductions) after a month from the time new tenants moved in. I had to follow up on this.

Highly unprofessional behaviour of the team. For a month or so, we have been in contact with the agency and they have been lingering on. Neither giving proper reply nor calling back. Disappointed!!

I recently had the pleasure of getting my new home as a rental with Lawlors estates Ltd. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience and simple process for me. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Mr Asad was very helpful and professional.
For me it was hard to find a suitable place as I am on Maternity leave at the moment,but Asad sorted everything out with some suitable options which was convenient to us.Now, my family is so happy with the new place and we are thankful to them always.

Unfortunately there is no option to give even half star for this state agent, I really had very bad experience with them. The way of confirming and updating customer was very bad and unprofessional.
One member of staff, who was in charge for a studio flat I viewed in Hayes , he seemed to be careless person and unprofessional and hold me for one
week without any update, wasting my time for 'nothing. I called them just to know if everything okay, but they told me that the landlord didn't accept my references.
For me, I have no issue with my reference, it being ignored that is not acceptable.
I don't recomand this estate agent at all

Un professional staff and management, Asad and. Karan in hayes branch they wasted my 2 months for nothing and at the said that landlord rented the flat to some other agencies
