Annie Clarke and Tyrell were brilliant and a great help during what was a really difficult and prolonged buying process. Loads of intricate issues kept cropping up and a few people kept trying to cause problems. Fortunately Martyn Gerrard remained positive and supportive throughout and the sale eventually went through.
