Omar was absolutely fab, completely different to any other estate agent I've come across and gave an incredibly personal service from start to finish. He made the whole process super easy and even at times, dare I say, made it enjoyable (which if you've ever flat-hunted in London you will know how hard that would be). The whole process went smoothly for us. Our agent Syed even helped us to have an early move out from our previous place by liasing with our previous agent so that we save up money and move in early to the new place. Thanks for being so fast in accomodating us from viewing until the contract signing.
