It was indeed a pleasure buying a property through Oliver Burn E.A. Tim Hudson with whom I dealt, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful.
Though I had finances in place, it still seemed an uphill task to complete before Xmas. Thanks to Tim coordinating both solicitors and generally keeping on top of events we got there. I am impressed with the estate agents experience and professionalism.

I have just completed a purchase using Oliver Burn, and they have been brilliant. It ended up being quite a long an challenging process due to some issues with the leasehold documents, but Diana at Oliver Burn worked tirelessly to get it over line. Diana went well above and beyond in pulling together a very difficult freeholder and two sets of quite difficult solicitors. There's no way this purchase would have completed without their proactive approach.

I bought my flat in Herne Hill through Tim at Oliver Burn in 2017, and when I came to sell it, I struggled, using a number of other local estate agents in the area. I came back to Tim, and he managed to secure a buyer for me. Although the process was incredibly long and arduous, we did manage to get it over line in the end. I felt that Tim was able to utilise his local knowledge and that of my building to help sell my property. Thank you!

I want to say a big thank you to Oliver Burn, and in particular Tim Hudson.
As a first time buyer, I was quite daunted by the challenge ahead. Tim was everything I could have hoped for in an estate agent, friendly, professional, patient, quick to respond and experienced.
On my first viewing I was able to really take my time and get a great feel for the place. Tim was well informed about the properties features and was honest about it’s pros and cons.
As I naturally hesitated in such a huge decision, I felt a second viewing was needed. Tim was quick to accommodate this and it was essential in making the right decision.
As negotiations began, Tim was excellent in explaining the purchase process and things I needed to do. He was efficient in contacting the seller and available whenever I needed him.
When the day finally arrived to pick up the keys, I met Tim and the team again at their Herne Hill office and they were lovely. I got a genuine sense they were really pleased for me.
I am so happy with the decision I made, and I never would have got here if it wasn’t for Tim and Oliver Burn.

I highly recommend Oliver Burn, I could not have been more happy with their service! When recently selling my flat in Herne Hill I had a competitive budget in mind and a challenging deadline - I wanted a buyer within 2 weeks of the flat going on the market. And Oliver Burn delivered. Tim was fantastic throughout! The flat sale was smooth and we completed within 3 months. The service offered was truly fantastic!
