Prem has been absolutely brilliant and has made our process of buying a home and then remortgaging so easy. He has provided amazing advice, has always kept us informed of latest updates and has been an absolute pleasure to talk to. Prem is very knowledgeable so we knew we were in good hands. We faced some difficulties with our initial mortgage application from the banks but Prem dealt with this on our behalf and got us a mortgage offer not long after! Chris has been an absolutely amazing agent. We turned up very delayed due to an urgent matter/ traffic delays, and Chis was very calm and patient regardless. Roger Platt Burnham have been superb with the sale of my house. Mark, Kim, Anthony and the whole Team were very efficient and assist me throughout the whole process. They were calling me in a weekly basis to provide me with updates and they negotiated on my behalf the price of the house.
