The journey with Seymours from start to finish was unprofessional. Giving misleading information all way through. Queries not answered or handled by different people, causing constant chasing ups and stress. The final rent miscommunicated as it was incorrectly recorded on their system. A total mess! There are better letting agencies out there.

Aaron is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us updated about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. We felt lucky to find Aaron 3 years ago and since then he is the go-to for us.
We have work with Thomas C - who we found to be very responsive and on top of any requests and a good communicator.

I am a landlord and I have been dealing with Seymours estate agents for the past 10 years. Lisa Athron, Senior Partner, and Jamie Wright, Director, look after the lettings division. Both are professional, sincere, approachable, patient and trustworthy. The team they have developed over the years is a real pleasure to deal with and in my view, they are unrivalled when it comes to customer service.
Most recently, I have dealt with Anna Patrick, head of customer care. She is an asset to Seymours and her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile should not go unnoticed. I have dealt with numerous estate agents in areas where Seymours do not have a presence and I can honestly say that if Anna were to look after all my properties, that would make my life a lot easier. She is the epitome of efficiency.
Having bought the property through Seymours, I have experience dealing with their sales and letting department. If you are looking for a hassle free estate agent, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed! A big thank you to Seymours and especially Anna, Lisa and Jamie for treating everyone like they are the single most important customer.

Rental department on the whole is very reasonable and generally supportive to the tenant. We did have a few issues with the cleanliness standards when we commenced our tenancy but resolved these together swiftly. The staff are friendly, approachable and honest with good communication and service provided. Without doubt the best agency in the area for tenant service. Highly recommended.
