We recently sold our house through 1st Choice for Homes and were extremely happy with the service provided. One of the primary reasons for using them was the fact that we thought they would offer the most personal and hands on management of the house sale, beyond what we could expect from any other local agent.

As things were, our sale took longer than expected due to issues with other parties in the chain, but during all the delays we really felt that 1st Choice were always advising us properly and fighting our corner. I would happily use them again for our next house sale.

We met Maggie and her team during the purchase of one of their properties and were very impressed with the way she handled the transaction.Having used two large national estate agents in the previous 8 months,trying to sell our own property without the slightest bit of success, we asked Maggie if she felt she could help to sell our property. She was confident that she could and immediately made suggestions on the marketing side. Within a couple of weeks we had had three viewers - an offer and the sale was concluded very quickly. 1st Choice for Homes prefer to show potential viewers around - on the basis that it is their job and what they are being paid for. All the team were very professional and always responded to e-mails and phone calls very promptly. They were first class throughout and I would recommend them to anyone.

Not sure why anybody would pay their premium rates. After listening to their nonsensical diatribe for over an hour along with their bizarre analogies I decided to market my home with another agent......I did not realise I needed to watch out for the verbal backlash when viewing one of their homes for sale!
