Mark and the team at 1st Choice Properties managed the marketing and sale of a family property. The service was excellent from start to finish. From preparing the property details to negotiating a sale then effecting the exchange of contracts and completion. The whole process was a five star service from start to finish. Mark sold our property he continued to chase leads and keep us updated. The rightmove advert was outstanding, very detailed with great pics and floor plan

Mark from First Choice Properties sold our 2 bedroom flat in Newport Pagnell.
Fee's were a fraction of the cost of other well known high street estate agents.
We liked the fixed one off fee with no time restrictions, most other agents have time restrictions i.e.they will only market your property for 6 months and if unsold you have to pay again.
Mark provides a friendly service whereby he is available to correspond out of office hours which suited me an my husband who both work full time office hours, and weren't always available to speak between 9am-5pm.

I would like to thank Mark and his team at 1st Choice Properties for assisting us in selling our family home.
When we did our research, we found that 1st Choice Properties offered essentially the same service as a mainstream agent (property details, photos, floor plans, marketing, accompanied viewing if we desired, etc) for a fraction of the cost.
From start to completion the team couldn't do enough to help the transaction go through.
We saved thousands of pounds by instructing 1st Choice Properties and sold our house for a higher price than suggested by several mainstream agents!
