Great communication and straight forward process with this sales team. All are friendly and welcoming and had double the amount of viewings my other agent had. I managed to have an offer accepted within 3 weeks of going on the market. Highly recommend.

Despite some hiccups with my buyer and the below chain, Louise and the team managed to keep the sale together which I am thankful for. Louise was supportive and came across as extremely dedicated to her job. I would highly recommend this particular team.

I was apprehensive to say the least when starting to look for my first home, given all that friends and family members say about estate agents. I was very much a rabbit in the headlights navigating my way through the process but I found my perfect property and thankfully I stumbled upon this incredibly friendly bunch of agents, in particular Louise Krochmalny who held my hand throughout and made sure everything went to plan as it should. I am sure I wasn’t the easiest of buyers as I was full of questions and queries pretty much on a daily basis- but she never once made me feel like an inconvenience. I have just passed my first full month in my new home so I am leaving this review a little later than I probably should, but for anyone feeling as I did, you have nothing to worry about with this team I assure you! Thank you.

Fantastic experience with this office. Polite, hardworking, honest and a genuine passion for the job they all do. Louise in particular is an asset to Barnard Marcus. There is not much she does not know about the market in Chiswick which is very apparent when speaking with her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Barnard Marcus to anyone looking for a no nonsense selling experience in the area.

I felt well supported throughout the transaction by both Gissel Chavez & Louise Krochmalny. I am extremely pleased with the price I ended up accepting considering two other ‘local’ agents in Chiswick encouraged me to market at a much lower figure. Louise felt I would be undervaluing the property if I did so I trusted her judgement and I am so glad I did as it paid off. They had a clear strategy and had lots of viewings off the back of it. Would definitely instruct Barnard Marcus next time I decide to sell.

Pleased with the service provided by BM. I have viewed a lot of properties over the last few months with other agencies and found some of them to be questionable to say the least. I dealt mainly with Louise & Gissel who were transparent and very straight forward in all of my dealings with them. When the time comes that I need an estate agent again, I would definitely call the Chiswick office.

My personal experience with Louise Krochmalny, the Branch Manager was faultless. She is a brilliant estate agent and I found her to be a true companion to me throughout the process. At my age, moving home is not easy and she made sure to be on standby whenever I needed her. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her team. A special thank you to Niamh and Gissel who were also very helpful and polite whenever I had dealings with them…. A lovely bunch of ladies!

I have previously been on the market with two other estate agents in Chiswick who failed to get my house sold after several months. After receiving many calls from Louise the manager who sounded very confident she could me results… I finally gave in to her and gave Barnard Marcus a shot at selling the house and I am so thrilled that I did as I was on the verge of giving up. Within two weeks I had three asking price offers whereas the agents beforehand were struggling to even get me viewings. Louise suggested we set up a WhatsApp group to make communicating easier as I work abroad so in the weekdays I am not as available to speak as I would like to be. It made the process so much easier and was constantly being updated. I was also really impressed with the marketing and the attention to detail they put into the photography etc. I wish I had found this website when choosing who to go with initially as it would have steered my decision making to these guys and saved me alot of wasted time with other companies. 10/10.

Gissel & Louise are both exceptional. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They both had their finger on the pulse throughout the process and worked extremely hard for us. Our sale was not the easiest due to some legal issues, but both Gissel & Louise kept being persistent and pushing through whilst being positive and upbeat at all times, even when we felt like giving up they were so supportive. They also happen to be absolutely lovely ladies with a genuine love for the job they do. I would highly recommend this team if you are thinking of selling and want to work with professionals who stick to their word.

I found Louise the sales manager to be a straight talking, honest and passionate agent. Her positivity and approach at problem solving was a breath of fresh air after dealing with quite a few of the ‘average’ agents in Chiswick. I was pleased to have Louise dealing with my transaction. She was on the ball and was contactable even after her working hours to provide updates when I needed them. I would certainly want these guys to act on my behalf if I was a seller. Louise Krochmalny, Gissel Chavez and Niamh O’Connor were all extremely helpful in the selling of my home. Louise’s approach on the valuation was different to other agents I had met and she knew a lot about the W4 market in general. I would definitely recommend Barnard Marcus and would use them myself again without hesitation. They got the job done quickly and are an all round lovely bunch of people clearly with a passion for their jobs.

A refreshing experience to deal with this office. Fabulous communication and a very committed team of agents. I completed my purchase last week thanks to the very good job done by Louise and Gissel. I viewed many properties during my search and dealt with a considerable amount of agents in Chiswick, but upon meeting Gissel Chavez she was really a cut above the rest. She was caring, considerate and I truly appreciated the advice she gave me throughout. Upon having my offer accepted I then dealt mainly with Louise Krochmalny who was really on top of everything & chased the solicitors relentlessly. There were a few hick ups along the way due to the sellers onward purchase, but Louise managed to smooth them out effortlessly. I am now in my new home and enjoying every moment of it!
