After an extremely stressful 8 months on the market trusting another estate agent wasn't easy. Right from the start I realised that Phil and his team worked differently. Esme and the team were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. This was my first time buying a property so needed a bit of hand holding and Esme and the team were so friendly and supportive. She also recommended a solicitor and a mortgage broker. At first I was worried as I had heard some horror stories of people who had done this. But for us it worked out very well. It meant the process went smoothly and extremely quickly and everyone was in constant communication with each other. The process felt professional and efficient.
