Curchods were really helpful when we purchased our first home. The team were always quick to respond to messages and very good about communicating across the different parties. Hayley's (our sale negotiator) approach felt very supportive and fair and I never felt overly pressured or rushed through any of the process. Where there were challenges around timelines etc. she was quick to spot them and address them asap! Overall the process was positive and I would recommend Curchods to others.

Townley, Graham and their team were excellent. Townley was very honest and instead of telling us what we wanted to hear to get the job he told us what he wanted us to do to sell the house quickly for maximum value. We had an offer after our first viewing before the photo had even been taken. Followed by another offer the beginning of the next week shortly after the photos had been taken. Getting us these offers so quickly allowed us to progress with the purchase of the property we wanted which had other proceedable offers on it.

Can happily recommend the team of Graham, Kevin and Townley (+ Hayley) at Curchods, New Haw. They are very much a team and I felt very well supported and advised throughout the process. All staff seemed to be aware of the progress and answered questions promptly. I wanted to achieve completion between particular dates and they helped me do that by choosing an appropriate purchaser and keeping things moving.
