We added another estate agent to help sell our house (we had been with one for quite some time, with a few viewings).
Well....the three amigos were brilliant!
Who are they? Luke, Ian and Adam, who all three went over and above to let me know what was going on every step of the way.
My house? Well, that got sold in LESS than two weeks, when it had been on the market for over a year!
Cannot recommend Douglas Allen Epping Estate Agents enough.

From the point of finding a property online and calling the branch, viewings and negotiations were handled swiftly by Luke and Adam. Requests for repeat viewings were readily facilitated and further information about the property was forthcoming on request. Overall, I'm happy with my experience so far.

My partner and I are not generally into writing reviews but we got such amazing service and help from Adam and Luke at Douglas Allen Epping that it is worth singling this out. We are so grateful to both Adam and Luke for helping us secure an offer on a particular property we were very keen on; it was a complicated deal but they kept the communication flowing and they got out of their way and kept persevering until the offer was accepted. They were both very efficient in addition to being reassuring along the way, which really helped. Ian, Tanya, Luke and other team colleagues at Douglas Allen Epping were brilliant in helping us sell our flat, which was completed last week. We have used Douglas Allen for buying/selling of property for the past ten or more years and the reason why is because of the outstanding professional, knowledgeable and friendly service they have provided and continue to do, which is great! Ian and Tanya kept us informed all the way during the process of selling the flat. They had our trust and confidence in them every step of the way. Always kind and friendly, reassuring us things would work out, having a great sense of humour, being patient with our queries and extremely helpful. Cannot thank Ian, Tanya and team enough for seeing us through to the end of the process.
